Vaccination
NHPHA’s toolkits provide resources to help you promote healthy living and encourage vaccine confidence when talking with patients and community members in New Hampshire. They include talking points and materials for discussing vaccines with adults and parents, as well as social media graphics and messages for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
