NH State Public Health Priorities: Public Input Sessions - August and September 2012


The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health Services is holding community meetings to obtain input on the 10 identified public health priorities and to inform the state and its partners as they plan strategies to improve in the priorities areas. There will be five community forums throughout the state in August and September. Registration is requested for planning purposes and can be done by calling Priscilla Davis at the Community Health Institute (CHI) at 603-573-3302, or emailing her at pdavis@jsi.com , or on-line at the web address provided below for each of the forums.
